Conditions of Use

"I will no longer be resetting all of a customer's download order history. Customers are strongly urged to back up all of their purchases in the event they experience a personal system (E)HD crash. I will assist you to retrieve the most recent orders made at Jennilyn Designs extending no further than the past two months from the day you contact me about this issue. No exceptions will be made. PLEASE BACK UP REGULARLY."

All files are print quality and saved at a high resolution of 300dpi. All files will be in either a .jpg or .png format. .png files will have a transparent background. All Jennilyn papers (patterned and solids) are 12"x12", but may easily be resized or cropped to fit your needs.

EXCEPTIONS:

You can submit your layouts using Jennilyn Designs to magazines and other publications that grant prizes (money or gifts) for selection as long as proper credit is given.
