Well, the potty training is over, and it isn’t for the reason you think. We have decided to stop training for now and resume near the end of the summer. Kaylee can’t tell when she is going to pee at this point, which makes it pointless to even try. Right? How can we successfully get her to pee on the potty each time without an accident if she doesn’t know when it’s going to happen? Maybe we’re just being a bit lax on the subject, but I was tired of wiping up accident after accident. I’m not over-exaggerating…she had about 7-8 accidents within a 5 minute span! It’s like she’d sit down to pee and realize what’s happening so she’d jump up, thus stopping the pee. Since she didn’t fully empty, she did it again, on the floor, over and over again. Ugh!
Here are my most current layouts, first and last being for challenges at SSD! The first one is using Misty’s new “Going Places” collection, second is using a 2 scoops by Lauren Grier and Robin Carlton called “5th Avenue Sunrise”, next is my layout of my little brother and SIL using Misty’s “You & Me”, and finally the last layout uses Kristin’s “Berry Patch” kit. As soon as I find out what the Spin-a-Lift is tomorrow I’ll be scrapping with Kristin’s new “Natural Beauty” kit (seen below the layouts)

For SSD’s “From Our Blog 2 Yours” for July 10th, they asked us to name our favorite vacation spot and why. That is such an easy question! My favorite spot is Prince Edward Island. I used to go there camping with my family when I was younger and we decided to go there for a week on our honeymoon. For our first anniversary (2 weeks shy of it) we went camping there and a few days after we got home, I found out I was pregnant with Kristen. So, here are a few pictures found online of Prince Edward Island, although if you check out my gallery, I have 7 pages of my honeymoon and one of a weekend getaway we had last October where we went for 2 days.
Movie Review!

Well, the Movie Network was premiering The Heartbreak Kid on Friday but we didn’t feel like seeing that so we watch the Boogeyman 2. It was a pretty entertaining movie and for me, I didn’t know what was going to happen before it happened, which is a good thing. LOL So, I give it:
Well, that’s it for me! Have a great weekend!

Awesome layouts Jen, love the rainbow one that photo is so cool!
LOL! Yeah, sometimes the best way to move forward is to stop. My kids both went on a week-long “potty” kick when Brenden was about 16 months old. I thought - YES!!! Until he completely stopped a week later. At 4 yrs next week he is “almost” completely trained…
Best of luck, and great LOs!
Such pretty LOs! I love how you did the movie rating!
All the layouts are gorgeous! I love that rainbow picture.
